We are now a team of 16 at Scrap Around The World & as from
January 2014 we will be providing you with TWO reveals each month!

Our first reveal will be on the 1st of the month as per usual, where we will

sketch} & 8 layouts from our Design Team, then AGAIN on the 16th
of the month we will have ANOTHER reveal for you & reveal
the next 8 projects from our Design Team!

That way you are SURE to be inspired by something, at some stage, yes?!?
So that is our plan!  And these ladies are going to be a part of it!!

And DO NOT WORRY - your chance is coming soon!!
We WILL be having a Design Team call in the first 6 months
of 2014 as well so everyone will get their chance...
But for now...

Please join me in welcoming...

Marie-Josee Hamel from Canada.

Hello all! My name is Marie-Josée Hamel.
I am 38 years old & I live in Gatineau, Quebec, Canada,
with my significant other, Michael, & our daughter Emily,
who just turned 9. We share our house with a cat, a rabbit,
 two snails & a goldfish!

I discovered scrapbooking in April 2006
during a trip I took to Louisiana, USA, to visit some friends.
I've been hooked ever since! Colour is always what sparks
my creative process. I chose the colours I want to work with,
then find a picture to match, which I know is very unusual.

I currently design for:- Scrapbook Laurentides (Canada)
- Scraptus (Canada) - Un peu fleur bleue (Canada)
- Blue Fern Studios (USA) & now Scrap Around the World!
I am so excited to be here & hope you I will succeed in
my efforts to inspire you - I look forward to this journey!!

Marilyn Rivera from Peurto Rico

Hi!  I'm Marilyn Rivera and I live in Puerto Rico with my
husband Israel & my two teenagers Alexander and Paola.
I started  years ago in this hobby &  fell in love with it
 immediately - It's a therapy for me...

I'm a fashion designer so during the day I'm surrounded by
fabrics, sewing machines, threads & dress forms.  When I'm
not creating with fabrics, I am creating with papers!  I love to create!!

On my pages you will see a lot of techniques that I use for my
dressmaking, such as pleating or draping.  I love mixing papers
with fabrics, mediums, paints & pearls, to create different textures.

I am so glad & excited to have joined the team here at Scrap Around
The World & I hope my work can bring you some inspiration.

And last but not least!!  Tusia Lech from Poland!

Hi everyone!  My name is Tusia Lech.  I am from Poland & I love
all kinds of media – if I had to define my style I would say that media
is the only constant thing. My favourite colours are fresh, bold greens,
blues & pinks, but at the same time I also love delicate, pale hues of
beige, rose & white.  There is something that can always be found
in my projects – a positive, feminine style.

Scrapbooking fills my whole life – it is all around me – in my private life
& in my job & career. I love the process of creation – I have created things
since early childhood – anything handmade has always attracted me. I
cannot imagine my life without art & creating - even if I leave for a weekend
away, I always take my small 'art-bag', filled with art-journal supplies.

I am lucky enough to design for a few very creative places.
I love drinking coffee, reading books, walking through the forest,
looking at beautiful flowers, basking in the autumn sun & being deep
in my inner world.  I am happy person & wouldn’t change a single
thing about my life!  I am very happy to be here with you all too!!

Welcome ladies!!!  I am so happy to have you on board!!
Please join me in wishing our 3 new ambassadors all the best
for their journey here with Scrap Around The World!
